The sauce spoon is the ideal cutlery for liquid dishes. Compared to the soup ladle, the length of the handle is almost identical, but the ladle element is lighter and smaller. The WMF sauce spoon, which is available in various WMF designs, portions and serves warm gravies or cold dressings. Its double-sided snout is practical – so it is equally suitable for left and right-handers. The sauce spoon is a versatile helper that makes a useful addition to your cutlery.
For the Nuova collection, designer Jutta Keil created special cutlery for delicious moments – from brunch knives to cake servers and salad servers. They are used depending on the situation and taste: Egg spoons for waxy breakfast eggs Lasagne server for hearty pasta bakes Espresso and latte macchiato spoons for Italian coffee specialties. Designer André Stocker worked creatively with the tongs in the collection and developed universal and pasta tongs as well as asparagus and perforated serving tongs. The latter reaches for mozzarella and tomatoes, for example – the marinade stays on the plate. The special cutlery and the dimensionally stable tongs are made of polished Cromargan in a simple, timeless design, they go with any tableware.
